Janice Evans
A lifelong resident (over 50 years) of the Dundalk area and current secretary of CAN's Board of Directors, Janice Boyd Evans actually lives next door to where she grew up in the neighborhood called St. Helena. Janice attended all Dundalk schools -- Dundalk Elementary School, which is now Dundalk Middle School (but was then North Point Annex) -- and graduated from Dundalk High School. She then went on to graduate with an A.A. Degree from Dundalk Community College (now CCBC Dundalk) and was chosen Dundalk Community College Alumna of the Year in 1996. As secretary/ administrative assistant to the president of the Community College of Baltimore County - Dundalk Campus since 1982, Janice has worked for six presidents/interim presidents.
Jason Frank
Jason A. Frank, Esq. addresses the legal consequences of age-related disabilities. He received his education from Connecticut College and New York University. Jason serves as the Assistant Baltimore County Attorney for the Baltimore County Department of Aging. He authored “Elder Law in Maryland”, Michie Co., 1996, supplements , 1997 and 1998; “Elder Law in Maryland”, Second Edition, Lexis Law Publishing, 1999; “The Necessity of Medicaid Planning,” 30.1 U.-Balt.L.F.. 29 (1999; supplements, 2000, 2001, 2002). He also authored the article, “Be Careful What You Wish For: The Maryland Medicaid Waiver Experience”, Elder’s Advisor, Vol. 3, Number 4.

Jason was a co-founder and is a past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. He also is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is President of the MD/DC Chapter of NAELA, Inc. He has taught at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Towson State University, The Johns Hopkins University, the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, and the University of Maryland School of Law.
As a volunteer, Janice has served with: Southeast Area Advisory Council to the Baltimore County Public School Board of Education (secretary), Community Assistance Network (secretary), Independence Day Parade (judge), Community Health Assessment/Action Project for Bay View Medical Center, Dundalk High School Alumni Association (president), Meals on Wheels, and Dundalk Renaissance Corporation (secretary).

Rev. Joe Skillman
Having served from 1981 to 2000 as pastor of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church in Dundalk, Rev. Joseph E. Skillman is presently pastor of Christus Victor Lutheran Church in Carney and president of CAN's Board of Directors. Joe received a B.A. from Gettysburg College, an M.Div. from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg and, prior to coming to Baltimore, served a parish in Buffalo, New York. His current community activities are: Community Assistance Network (president), Project Millennium, Inc. (president), Baltimore County Substance Abuse Advisory Council (chair), Hopkins-Bayview Geriatric Advisory Council, and Baltimore Cancer Support Group.
Deborah Harris
Born and raised in Baltimore, Deborah Harris attended Dundalk area schools, including Dundalk High School and the Community College of Baltimore County - Dundalk Campus. She completed her academic preparation with a B.S. in Computer Science from Towson University and an M.B.A. from Loyola of Maryland. Since 1987, Debbie has been employed by BGE/Constellation Energy Group, where she serves as Director in Corporate Applications.

On the CAN Board since February 2002, Debbie currently lives in Essex and enjoys spending time on the water and playing golf.
Paul Fitzmaurice
Employed by Imre Communications, Paul Fitzmaurice, APR, is the firm's building, hardware, and home improvement specialist, and has developed a number of award-winning product launches, media tours, and tradeshow exhibitions. In addition, Paul has extensive experience in the transportation, logistics, business information, and insurance industries, and has more than 16 years' experience handling public relations, integrated marketing, and corporate communications programs. Before joining Imre, he was Vice President and Director of Communications for Image Dynamics, a Baltimore-based public relations and advertising firm.

Paul has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Philosophy from Connecticut College and has done doctoral work in philosophy at the City University of New York.
