Gifts to the Community Assistance Network (CAN) are tax deductible within the limits of the current Federal and State laws. CAN is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. A copy of our current financial statement is available on request by contacting us at (410) 285-4674. Documents and information submitted to the State of Maryland, Office of the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401 are available for the cost of copying and postage.
