Community Assistance Network (CAN) delivers energy conservation measures to income-qualified residents in the Baltimore metro area. Our goal is to improve the energy efficiency of your home, reduce costs, and eliminate health and safety hazards.
Our certified home energy professionals perform on-site home energy audits. Using state-of-the-art equipment, they analyze home performance and create a scope of work to improve your home's efficiency. The measures are then installed at no additional cost to you by our certified weatherization installation team.
Households may participate in the
program if their annual household
income is equal to or less than 200%
of the federal poverty level. Please see
the chart to find out if your
household income qualifies you to take
advantage of this program. If you own
your home, you must also be able to
prove ownership of your home. If you
rent your home*, your landlord must
agree to participate in the program.
*Majority of apartments are not eligible.
